Newbie Posts: 15 Group: Members Member #9,291 Joined: January 13, 2010	Perhaps I'm just a little bit confused because I've come here from an international (pro-dominantly United states) forum, but I'm used to having new posts around the clock. I don't know, perhaps I'm just one of those sad insomniacs. Anyway, to keep this relatively on topic, what do you guys make of this? I picked it up in a pawn shop for Ł50 a few months ago, and it's been my main axe since then. It hasn't ceased to impress me.
	I'll decide on a signature when I think of something worth reading every time I post...

Looks alright anyway! I'd never really had any experience with Washburn before buying this. It's my first Washburn, in fact it's my first guitar to have a Floyd. My first impressions when trying it out for the first time were that the Floyd was a bit limp and the humbucker sounded a bit murky. The jack socket was also a bit faulty and the B-string sounded a bit dead, so I went about replacing the nut and put on some fresh strings (10 - 52 set), replaced the jack socket and put an extra trem spring on the Floyd. It feels alot nicer now than it did, but I'm yet to replace the humbucker with a passive EMG w/ gain boost. For now, my freebie effects box sounds okay, but I'd like to sort out the problem rather than stop it's symptoms.
