Hello,i got my first electric guitar the other day,i can play most instruments and this is what i wonna learn, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nuQBcInnU3Q&feature=related right how do you make it screech or what ever the name is for it like that??lol ive got a s300 strat and amp do i need pedels to make it sound like that???ive tryed but had no look...sorry for the the noob post

Hey dude ![]() Ummmm, the screeching i think is simply distortion! Most amps come with this with a button to switch between the clean channel and the drive channel, also commonly known as "gain" "drive" "overdrive" so see if your amp has that anywhere! If not a distortion pedal will make all your dreams come true
