Newbie Posts: 11 Group: Members Member #9,083 Joined: December 21, 2008	Hi, i just want to share my new maxon ROD 880 i play it through my ibanez rg8570 j custom with seymour duncan full shred on bridge and neck pickups.. this pedal give me more gain than others OD pedal that i ever try, nice warm tone, very dynamic, it sound like dist chan on jcm 900... sound great, better than the sound sample of this pedal in maxon official site.. is there any member here that use or have try this pedal? let share your personal setting on this pedal... let's start from me.. i set the gain knob full clockwise, master around 1 o'clock, bass at 12 o'clock, mid at 1,5 o'clock and high at 2 o'clock.. and for soloing i boost it with my bb preamp pedal by xotic effects.. the result is........... i replace my damage control demonizer with this pedal.. lol
