Ease of Use: Pretty Easy, The EQ knobs seem a little weird, Very touchy 7/10 Reliability & Durability: Seems Sturdy enough, It's a metal brick... 10/10 Impression: I found the Mids to be a royal pain in the behind, it seems you can't crank up the mids on this thing, A 9 o clock mid would be a little much. The mid freq. is also very weird to control, Hard to describe what it does. Overall it gives a decent metal sound. Can't stand alone, more of a 1/4 amp 3/4'ths pedal to not get a boatload of hum. If you can dial in a good sound your set. When you first get it you have to play with it. For a VERY long time 7/10 My thoughts: for what I use it for it should be able to dial in my sounds but it just doesn't. A Digitech metalcore would suit me better in my style of playing. this thing seems to trebley and harmonic-y I even tried a noise reduction pedal and it didn't seem to help it's sound When people say it for Classic metal IT'S FOR CLASSIC METAL! |
