500 watts seems like alot but when you start playing anything bigger than a small pub its realy not much!! depending on the venue you might want to look at something a little bigger! have a look on www.thomann.de i swear by this place!!! my band now plays large clubs and halls aswell as outdoor venues and 500 watts wasnt enough! Luckily my nehbour (who is a barrister) sold me his active mackie (3000 watts) for £500!
