Thanks chap The barre chords are certainly improving. Slowly, yeah, but going the right direction. There's certainly a method to sensei's lesson plan... I used to think that Stuck in the Middle With You was insanely fast, but having moved to even faster stuff I can see that my fingers are now faster and more capable and accurate than they were, say 4 months ago :-) My 1 remaining issue is alternate picking on Folsom Prison Blues - concentrating on both hands at the same time brings me to a total brick wall - dead in the water. It's frustrating to be sailing through the songs so fast 1 day and then end up effectively dead-ended the next!!! Cheerz Mark H |
